Screen Tutorial
When you download Attorney’s Assistant, this Front Screen will appear. It will guide you through construction of the database for each case. The attorney will decide which topic screens to use and how much detail is needed, depending on the complexity of each case. The screens with red checkmarks and the highlighted fields on those screens are the minimum required to file your initial documents within Attorney’s Assistant. The data entered on these screens will then be used to draft all legal documents including, property settlement worksheets, correspondence, parenting plans and more. As the case proceeds, data can easily be amended to reflect the current status of court proceedings and settlement discussions. Let’s take a more detailed look…
