When you download Attorney’s Assistant, you will see that
each of the buttons on the Maintenance/Budget screen gathers detailed information about living expenses.
Depending on the nature of the case, the attorney can instruct the client to fill in actual
current expenses, or to project living expenses after the divorce. The data are incorporated
into Income & Expense Statements and Financial Statements. This can be extremely useful to
attorneys and judges as they guide settlement decisions.
