Attorney's Assistant Family Law Software is sold on a per client basis, $24.95 per family law client.  Once you have downloaded the program and forms from the links on the left, launch the program and go under Purchase to activate your first licenses.

In order to make Attorney's Assistant a case management program for all files in your office, we do allow you to put other case types into Attorney's Assistant free of charge by choosing the Case Type "Simple-Client Only".  When choosing this case type, you are not charged a fee.

Our patent-pending Client Version allows clients to take their own version of the software home and complete all the required information prior to their first meeting with their attorney.  After they have completed their information, the data is then shipped to the attorney and will populate the attorneys database.

Using the “Pack Briefcase” function, the data file, documents created and all attachments will be packed to your local drive in the folder Legal Easy Briefcase (c:/Legal Easy Briefcase).  Many attorneys take work home or take their laptops to conferences and trials.  Attorney’s Assistant© has made this easier by compressing all data to a size that fits onto a floppy disk.
When a case is completed, it can be archived to a remote location for future retrieval.  With the archive utility, you can easily remove outdated client files so you are only working with open cases.  Retrieving from archives is just as easy.
You can search your archived and open case files for former client and/or spouse last name, first name or social security number to determine if you have a conflict.
